Cute & Quick Heart Card

I was feeling in the mood to create yesterday afternoon but had only a small window of time before it was off to swim lessons.  I had some white card and my cuttlebug on my desk and my mists in a basket beside me so I was inspired by those 3 things for this card.....

I ran the card through my cuttlebug with a sizzix embossing folder with the debossed side out.  I then sprayed with Mister Hueys in "First Kiss", I added a couple of strips of washitape and I then strung WRMK pink bakers twine down the side.  I found some scraps of cardstock and card and punched out hearts with an old Stampin Up heart punch and stuck them on the twine.  Finishing with a Chic Tags tag fastened with mini staples.  The whole thing took about 20 minutes which is super fast considering my cards usually have a copic coloured digistamp.

Thanks loads for dropping by :)
Happy scrapping.

Love it Lou! I had a pretty quick make (out of necessity) last night! I love your one, awesome to take our inspiration from what's at hand like that. I love the spritz effect and the embossing. Not tried that, looks brilliant. Love the cool understated card design too. Hugs, Wends x
